Two different lists

This page covers two things people often confuse: the markets an offshore-licensed operator typically has to geo-block, and the clients Vantegris itself will not act for.

Markets operators commonly restrict

An offshore gaming or crypto licence is authorisation to run a business — it is not market access. As standard practice, operators geo-block regulated markets they are not separately licensed in, markets that ban online betting outright (Brazil since 25 September 2026), plus any territory subject to international sanctions. Commonly restricted markets include:

These restrictions apply to offshore real-money gambling and crypto licences. US sweepstakes promotions and state affiliate registrations are separate regimes, handled under each state's own rules (see US sweepstakes and US affiliate licensing).

The exact list depends on your specific licence and product — we confirm it for your case during onboarding. Operating into a regulated market without its own licence is a leading cause of licence and payment-relationship termination.
