Banks & acquirers The operators we send are already licensed and have been through our own KYC checks, which lowers onboarding risk for you and speeds up banking for them. We structure high-risk files so they can clear underwriting.

Introducers & agents You have the relationships and we do the licensing. Introduce an operator who signs, and you earn a referral commission on the completed engagement, paid once the work is delivered.

Who can become a partner?

Payment providers and EMIs, banks and acquirers, introducers and agents, and regulatory, legal or compliance advisors — anyone whose clients or product touch licensed gaming, crypto or offshore operators. If you're not sure your model fits, ask; the answer is usually yes.

How does the commission work?

Referral partners earn a commission on each introduced client who signs and completes an engagement. The rate is agreed in writing in your partner terms and paid once the engagement is delivered. There's no cost to join and no volume commitment.

What do payment and banking partners get?

A two-way pipeline: we route our licensed, KYC'd operators to you for payments, banking and acquiring, and in return your pricing for Vantegris clients is preferential. Because our operators arrive already licensed and screened, onboarding risk and effort on your side are lower.

Will you compete with us or take our clients?

No. Vantegris is a licensing facilitator and does not offer banking, payment processing or legal representation. We handle the licence and hand the client back to you for everything else. Partner relationships are covered by a mutual NDA.

Which jurisdictions and verticals does this cover?

Gaming and gambling, crypto (VASP / CASP / MiCA) and offshore structuring, across 40+ jurisdictions worldwide — from offshore permits like Anjouan and Tobique to EU and Gulf regimes. If your clients operate high-risk, we can take them through the licence application.

Is there a fee to join the partner programme?

No. Applying and joining are free. Referral partners are paid by us; solution partners set preferential rates for our clients. The only paperwork is an NDA and a short partner agreement.
