White-Label Casino
A white label gets you a casino in weeks. What it does not get you is ownership — of the licence, the merchant account, or the player. That trade is fine if you know you're making it.
overview
What is a white-label casino?
A white-label casino is a ready-made operation you rent. The provider owns the platform, the game integrations, usually the payment rails and — in the classic version of the deal — the gaming licence itself. You bring the brand, the marketing and the traffic, and you take a share of what your players lose.
That is a genuinely good deal for a first launch or a market test. It is a bad deal to still be in three years later, because every asset the model creates sits on someone else's balance sheet: the licence is theirs, the merchant account is in their name, and in most contracts the player database is theirs too. If their licence gets suspended, your brand goes dark with it — and you have no standing with the regulator to argue about it.
The decision that actually matters is not which provider. It is whether you launch under the provider's licence or your own. Everything else — setup fee, revenue share, game count — is a negotiation. This one is structural, and it is the part we handle.
your options
How does a white-label casino work?
Fastest and cheapest way in — you are a skin on their permit. Setup fees at the low end of the range, no licence application, live in weeks. You accept their compliance risk, their banking and, usually, their ownership of the player relationship. Right for a market test or a first brand.
You take the software but hold the licence, the merchant accounts and the players yourself. Adds 4–8 weeks and a licence budget up front; in exchange you own an asset that survives the provider. This is what most operators want by year two — and what we set up.
Buy a turnkey build with source access and a lower revenue share, hold your own licence from day one. Higher entry cost (see the turnkey comparison) but no perpetual GGR tax. Right when you already have traffic and know the model works.

What you need to launch a white-label casino
step by step
How to launch a white-label casino
- Scope the model Markets, budget, control needs and exit plan. We tell you plainly whether the provider's licence is enough for where you're selling — and where it isn't. Day 1
- Licence & company If you're taking your own permit: the entity, the substance and the application, filed and argued through to grant. Week 1–6
- Banking & payments Merchant accounts, PSPs and crypto rails opened against the licence, so the platform has somewhere to settle. Week 3–8
- Contract review & launch We read the platform agreement against the licence you hold, flag the clauses that cost you later, and you go live banked and covered. From week 6

How much does a white-label casino cost?
Platform figures are the ranges quoted across vendor price guides in 2026 — they are a budgeting sanity-check, not a quote, and they move sharply with game mix, live-casino access and how many payment methods you switch on. Licence figures are regulator schedules and mirror our jurisdiction pages. The number worth modelling is the crossover: a revenue share beats a fixed fee until roughly €50,000 monthly GGR, and costs you more every month after that.

White-label casino FAQ
How much does a white-label casino cost?
Across 2026 vendor price guides, setup lands between €5,000 and €50,000, with a 10–25% share of GGR and a monthly minimum of roughly €3,000–€8,000 on top. Enterprise packages with live casino, many payment methods and heavy front-end work run well past that. The figure vendors don't quote is the licence: if you take your own, budget the regulator's schedule on top — Anjouan from €17,828/yr, Curaçao €47,450/yr.
Do I need my own licence for a white-label casino?
Not to launch — the classic deal puts you on the provider's permit. You need your own once you care about owning the business: the licence is the asset that lets you change platform, open merchant accounts in your name, keep the player database and survive a provider's compliance problem. Operators who intend to sell the brand later always need it, because a skin on someone else's licence has very little to sell.
White label or turnkey — which is cheaper?
White label is cheaper to start and more expensive to run. Turnkey costs €50,000–€150,000+ up front but carries a much lower revenue share (often under 5–10% of GGR) because you take the licensing and compliance burden yourself. The crossover sits around €50,000 monthly GGR — below it, rent; above it, own. Model your own curve before you sign a multi-year rev-share.
Who owns the players in a white-label deal?
Whatever the contract says — and the default in most templates is the provider. Check three clauses before signing: database ownership, data portability on termination, and whether the provider can market its other brands to your players. If those come back the wrong way, you are buying traffic for someone else's asset.
Can I move from a white label to my own licence later?
Yes, and most serious operators do. The migration is not just a licence application — players have to be re-onboarded onto your KYC, the payment rails re-papered in your entity's name, and the game contracts re-signed or re-assigned. It is far cheaper to plan the exit before you sign the entry, which is the part of the deal we review.
Does a white-label provider's licence cover my markets?
Only the ones on their permit, and only where that permit is recognised. A Curaçao or Anjouan licence does not make you legal in a regulated market that requires its own local licence — those markets have to be geo-blocked whichever model you pick. We map your target list against what the licence actually reaches before you commit acquisition budget.
