Client Acceptance Policy

Purpose

Vantegris operates a risk-based client acceptance process to meet its anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) and sanctions obligations. We are selective about whom we work with.

Who we will not act for

• Individuals or entities on applicable sanctions or watch lists.
• Parties unwilling to complete know-your-customer (KYC) and source-of-funds checks.
• Businesses whose model is unlawful, or intended to serve markets in breach of those markets' laws.
• Structures designed primarily to conceal beneficial ownership or evade tax or regulation.

Onboarding checks

Before engagement we verify identity and beneficial ownership, assess the source of funds and wealth, screen against sanctions and adverse-media databases, and review the proposed activity and target markets.

Ongoing

We keep client information current, monitor for material changes, and reserve the right to decline or terminate an engagement if risk cannot be adequately managed.
