Banked. Live.

Four engagements from our desk — anonymised, because our clients' structures are their business. The pattern is the point: licensing, banking and go-live sequenced as one plan, so the timeline you budget is the timeline you get.

Migration · Gaming

Out of Curaçao without a dark day.

The brief

An established casino group held a legacy Curaçao sublicence. With the LOK transition rewriting the regime, its banking future had become impossible to price — but the brand couldn't afford a single day offline.

The build

We stood up the replacement structure and an Anjouan application in parallel with day-to-day operations, then sequenced the domain and payments cutover into one switchover window instead of a slow, visible drift.

The result

Licensed and fully cut over inside Anjouan's standard 4–8-week window. Zero downtime, payment flows intact, players never noticed.

First licence · Gaming

A startup casino, bankable in six weeks.

The brief

A first-time operator with a tight runway and a marketing date already committed. The usual failure mode here is sequential surprises: licence first, then discover banking takes as long again.

The build

Our standard build — applicant company, policy pack, key-person files — run in parallel with EMI onboarding, so the accounts were progressing while the regulator reviewed rather than starting after issuance.

The result

A clean application and a bankable launch in four to six weeks, matching the plan the operator budgeted against on day one.

Trust upgrade · Gaming

Poker-grade credibility in three weeks.

The brief

A poker-led brand needed a credential that players, partners and payment providers actually recognise — without parking the roadmap for half a year while a premium regulator deliberated.

The build

The Kahnawake route: we completed the full requirements file — corporate, compliance, technical — before filing, so the Commission's initial review ran without a single follow-up request, and took the provisional CPA path.

The result

Provisional authorisation after the roughly three-week initial review; the full assessment completed in the background while the brand was already live.

Expansion · Multi-brand

Two brands under one licence.

The brief

A growing group wanted to launch a second brand — and more after that — without duplicating the whole licensing overhead for every new domain it registered.

The build

A KUNAISA (Panama) licence structured for the roadmap, not just the launch: €19,500 a year covering two domains out of the box, additional domains at €500 each as the portfolio grows.

The result

Both brands live in roughly four weeks. Adding the next domain is now a line item on a renewal, not a new licensing project.
