KUNAISA licences are for international online use only and are void inside Panama. The Wargandí iGaming law requires IP geo-blocking of Panama, the United States and OFAC-sanctioned countries; operators also block regulated markets they are not separately licensed in, plus FATF-listed territories.
Operators must use GEO-IP blocking for restricted countries and any FATF-blacklisted nation. Non-compliance can lead to licence suspension or revocation.
