Estonia is a mid-track jurisdiction in Europe for gaming and crypto licensing. An EU (EMTA) gaming licence — full European market access. The classic EU crypto licence — now a MiCA CASP via the FIU. Its regulators are the Estonian Tax & Customs Board (EMTA) and the Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon). Our published timelines are 8–12 months (two stages) for the gaming licence and 4–6 months (≈3 for a VASP upgrade) for the crypto licence.
